Today I took a test (the results are below) Boy, was I surprised how accurate it was!
It said I had a lot of passions; even obsessions. Yes, that's so true - look at the number of blogs I've created, because of my passions & 'obsessions'. It talks about my willingness to love, lose, and love again. Oh so true, I've loved so many; part of that love is why I started this blog. I met Frank in 1975; we were friends - ever so close, and after 4 years, we grew to love each other, and planned to be married. I'd had 3 marriages that didn't work out. Some of the reasons are in a few entries I've made. I was ready to 'try again'. After Frank died, I met another - loved him dearly; he'll always be special to me. Now I'm married to my 6th and current husband. I was a bit more cautious about remarrying, so I dated him for 14 years before 'tying the knot'. Then this 'test' I took says I laugh easily; can be silly, and yes I can (and I believe that's what's sustained me through the very tough years in my life). I won't be putting many entries on this blog; just music - and a few links if I find some that I think are truly valuable. Diane
This was the result of the personality test I took.
You tend to be a very social person. You live for your friends and family. You can get social burn-out occasionally though.
You aren't a total extrovert.
You fall in love with ease and confidence. Even if you've had bad experiences in the past, each new love is a reason to start completely over.
You are deeply passionate about several things in your life. You're passionate about much...
And the few passions you have are truly obsessions.
Your sense of humor is goofy and silly.
You are good at making almost anyone laugh.
Some of my blogs; all with 6 to 8 hours of great music!
Another son decided marrying a young lady from Cuba was just 'perfect'...
...and she is. See the beautiful grand-daughter I have, and her fiance who is also 'mixed blood' - part asian. I'm glad my sons have picked such beautiful people in spirit - and not because of status or race.
My current husband, Rick. He's 1/2 greek; 1/2 italian
What was hard to take was even that wasn't 'quite right' for mother. He has 'olive' skin she said; and you can't trust those italians...prejudice is rough to deal with when your family never quite approves.

My current husband - taking a snooze; he's 73 now.
What a dear man! I get on my rants about our government; he chimes in but without the loud voice. I get all upset when my computer is too slow; he tells me how to download an accelerator. I get crazy when my computer crashes; he patiently deals with his 'glitches', and I don't even hear a complaint. I have to play my piano without a single mistake - he always says: "Sounds good to me". I get crazy phone calls; he says give me the phone and I'll get rid of them. I'm all caught up making a blog; he says he'll run for the groceries. I ask if soup and salad is okay a second day in a row; he says he loves it - never gets tired of left-overs. I win $2,000 playing Keno and feel satisfied; he cashes out with $62.50 and grins about his profit that day. I ask if we can send another check to mother who lives on such a small income; he smiles and says "Why would you ask me if it's okay - of course it is." I ask if we can visit my kids in California - he smiles, and says "When do you want to go." This man served his country for 20 years as a Marine aviator. He flew 2 tours of duty in Viet Nam. He was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross Award (amongst other medals). He traveled as a Regional Sales Manager for the West Coast; never complained once about the traffic; the weather, the tiring trade-shows, and long nights. He drove truck for 6 years - day in and day out, as an independent. When I was injured in 1994 in a car accident, he worked with me through my daily rehabilitation. When a woman nearly killed me in 2002, he was by my side for 6 years of the recovery - handling everything without a word of complaint. When my kids needed to borrow money while we were still engaged, he simply asked how much, and wrote the check. I have a house chock-full of antiques; I won the money to buy them all, and he never said I had to 'fork that money over'. I have a storage locker full of 'stuff' - he never tells me to 'get rid of it'. I have learned how to be calm because of my husband. I've learned how to be even stronger than I was, because of my husband. I have learned how to overlook those aggravations of life; I've taught him to be more tolerant of people in their 'quirky ways'. We've made a heck of a team!
My blogs are not updated daily; they are all about things that interest me and/or topics on which I feel competent to discuss and give out ideas and useful information.
Each blog has music; each blog has some type of tribute to either my family or to others who have web-sites that I link to for valuable information and insight.
My blogs are geared toward the positive - I keep negatives out of my life, and from the things I write on my blogs.
The I-net; it's that one little candle that reaches out and burns brightly for all of us. Diane - Nevada
